Our Guarantee
FoF Insider is backed by a full 90-day money-back guarantee. We are confident in the quality and depth of our content, but we understand that purchasing a digital product requires trust. Our guarantee removes all risk from your decision. If you are not completely satisfied with FoF Insider for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date, simply contact us and we will process a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions, no hassle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@fofinsider.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend contacting our support team if you are experiencing any issues with the product before requesting a refund — we are available 7 days a week and are happy to help resolve any concerns.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
Digital Product Nature
As FoF Insider is a digital product delivered electronically, we are not able to accept “returns” in the traditional sense. Our 90-day guarantee is offered in lieu of a physical return policy and is designed to give you complete confidence in your purchase. Approval of refund requests is at our sole discretion, though we apply this policy generously and have never denied a request made within the 90-day window.
Contact
For any questions about our refund policy, please contact us at hello@fofinsider.com. Our support team is available 7 days a week and typically responds within 24 hours.
